About Jupetto

Between us we have more than a decade in digital product, marketing and data, across over 160 brands on five continents.

Everything at Jupetto is made and operated in-house: design, engineering, machine learning, infrastructure and support. Our first product is live, with others in development.

How we operate

We run our own infrastructure rather than handing operations to someone else, and support sits alongside engineering. A problem reported by a customer reaches the people who can actually fix it, usually the same day.

We keep the number of products small on purpose. Anything we ship, we carry on running, which puts a natural limit on how much we start.

Personal information

Our products handle personal information, including photographs people take of themselves and of their clothes. We collect what the service needs to work and no more, we are clear about where it is held, and we are accountable for it under the Protection of Personal Information Act and, where they apply, the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Each product publishes its own privacy policy covering what it collects and why. This website is covered by our website privacy policy.
